Perform development of robotic process automation and robotic desktop automation using pega robotics studio. provide production support activities like end user interaction, analyzing and completing tickets with the sla defined per the statement of work. gather business rules and requirements and convert it to code and automation using pega robotics and visual c#.net. Responsible for process workflow of claims systems by leveraging prpc for claim creation, update and inquiry. work with flows, flow actions, validation rules and ui components for application development and enhancements following pega's best practices. use advanced level of javascript, jquery and ajax for invoking and execute script for web adapters. analyze the number of defects and ensure the code quality is within acceptable limits. ensure the client systems like confluence, jira, subversion are updated with latest code and technical documentation. design the components to accommodate the changes find in the higher environment like system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Work on the integration of robot manager. use robot manager to call different rpa processes. Use pega in order to create work groups and work queues for robot manager. Create different tasks for rpa & rda. perform production support for automations developed in pega robotics. Explore capabilities of ocr in order to extract data from different pdfs. identify, debug, and resolve bug issues in pega robotics studio using the debugger. Will work in springfield, il and/or various client sites throughout the u.s. must be willing to travel and/or relocate |
